In today’s mechanical and perfectly imperfect world, Textures serves as a reminder of the natural beauty in imperfection—drawing inspiration from the organic forms and flaws of nature that have long fueled meaningful design.
The Inspiration
As I studied textures, I found that nature offers the best inspirations. I was particularly drawn to the turtle’s shell, which showcases a beautiful texture while providing safety and comfort—much like a home for the turtle. This idea became the focus of my exploration for the mark of Textures.
